The zigzag and the circuitous route start from Lungtung, a small village in the circuit of the Eastern Himalayas and takes an hour to reach Zuluk due to the narrowness and the challenging convoluted path en route the village. The Silk Route is inscribed by some lakes and enclosed by some high rising mountains of the Eastern Himalayas. It is difficult to decide on the exact road trip packing list for this trip as it involved climbing higher slopes all along the way. The trip can also be planned with family and kids but it is required to carry all items of kids well before advance to make the journey a real success.

Loved your pictures and that journey reminds me of our trip to Ladakh. The gata loops towards Manali from up North are also amazing.
Here the landscape is different from Ladakh and the color of the mountains are unique which is not found in any other parts of the country
